In 2006 Dodge released the Ram 3500 SLT to the truck-buying market. The Ram 3500 came in four configurations: Laramie, SLT, ST, and Sport. The SLT configuration is powered by the 5.9-liter six-cylinder engine, which makes 23 highway miles and 17 city. The Ram 3500 competes in the Standard Cab Pickup market segment, in direct competition with Honda.
